Automatic Augur Powder Filling Machine is a versatile machine, self-supported on steel legs with height adjustment system. The machine is precision built on sturdy welded MS frame completely cladded in stainless steel sheet and doors are provided to facilitate the servicing of machine. Machine works on augur filling principle. The unit is made compact, versatile and enclosed in stainless steel elegantly matt finish body. No container No filling arrangement is a standard feature of the machine. The system consists of a conical SS hopper with servo driven augur and a low speed stirrer and SS slat 3 chain conveyor.

Operation:
Container moving on in feed SS Slat conveyor is positioned under the funnel with the help of settable twin pneumatic stopper. Servo driven augur rotates when the container is sensed under the funnel. With the help of augur RPM and time, speed of filling and volume can be adjusted. Continuous low speed stirrer allows uniform feeding of powder in to the augur screw. Filled container then moves for further operation.
